About Iron Legion.

Here at Iron Legion we believe fitness is more then a hobby, it's a lifestyle.  We pride ourselves in helping you achieve that lifestyle, one that will increase the longevity of a purposeful and joyous life. We believe the key to getting there is committing to yourself, not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Meet our Founder.

Serious Man

Robert Hohmann

Health and fitness have been a driving force for my entire life. I was surounded by body builders growing up, eventually leading me to take up boxing, and weight lifting at the age of fourteen. This started my fitness journey. After taking up football in highschool I started wrestling and taking classes in Kempo and Japanese Zenbu Ryu Jinjits, soon becoming a certified endurance sport trainor.

I continued my love for health and fitness by competing in grappling and mixed martial arts tournaments, then training individuals in health fitness, weight training, mixed martial arts and nutrition. Soon after I became a professional chef in order to expand my knowledge in nutrition and food preparation.

During a low part in my life I let my fitness fall on the back burner, but it didn't take long for me to realize the undeniability of the importance of health and fitness. Not only for myself, but also for the needs and accessibility of everyone.

My next step was getting my degree in psychology with an emphasis in general health and nutrition. I decided on this so I can expand my knowledge on the mental and emotional benefits of physical well-being. This step on my journey led me to create multiple fitness programs for disabled individuals, and cross-training exercise programs.

My goal for Iron Legion Fitness is to use my knowledge, experiences and passion to enrich the lives of infinite others. Here at Iron Legion we build an environment welcoming to everyone, wherever they may be on their fitness journey, and whatever their journey looks like. We hope you'll join us too!
