Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 days. 

 

Shipments are fully operational Monday through Friday, and can take up to 7 days to be processed, however usually orders take 3 days to be processed.. Please note that orders can take up to 10 days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if the order date or original processing days overlap with any US holidays

If an order will take more than 7 days to process you will receive an email from us after your order is confirmed.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation within the first two hours. Once your order is being processed you will receive another email updating you, as well as a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Iron Legion Fitness Organization is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Iron Legion Fitness Organization is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

At this time we do not offer returns of any of our products or services, however we do offer even exchanges. If there is a mistake in your order and you need help proceeding, please reach out to us within three days of receiving your package.
